If you want to install FreeBSD from usb stick and your PC have an internet connection you need only image of freebsd's install cd and unix-like os.
First download or make image (you can get it from previous post http://webs.studentlive.pl/post/FreeBSD-PXE-bootable-disk-images-download.aspx)
next put in usb-stick and write one, simple command:
# dd if=7.2-RELEASE-bootonly.img of=/dev/da1
if= it's a name of image file
of= your usbstick. In my case it's da1 on FreeBSD 7.2
That's all, now you can boot your computer from this pendrive.

PXE-bootable disk images of the FreeBSD "bootonly" install ISO.
You can read how to create these images on syslinux's wiki => http://syslinux.zytor.com/wiki/index.php/DiskImageCreation
I've made images of FreeBSD 7.2 Release and 8.0 Release, so you need just to download it. Both images are tested and working fine.
If you're using pxelinux from syslinux, paste these lines:
label freebsd72
kernel memdisk
append initrd=7.2-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.img harddisk
label freebsd80
kernel memdisk
append initrd=8.0-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.img harddisk
into your "default" file in pxelinux.cfg directory and copy unziped images to /tftpboot
Images aviable to download:
7.2-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.zip
8.0-RELEASE-i386-bootonly.zip
